OOKPIK is committed to meticulous craftsmanship, paying close attention to every seam and detail in our products. We take pride in the quality and expertise reflected in our collections. All merchandise is carefully inspected and professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.

This warranty applies exclusively to OOKPIK products purchased through the official OOKPIK online store or from authorized retailers.

OOKPIK offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. If a product is found to have such a defect, OOKPIK will repair it. Please note that no store credit or product replacement will be issued for used coats. In such cases, the item will be repaired only.

A manufacturing defect is defined as an imperfection in the product’s materials or construction, including:

  • Workmanship: assembly
  • Materials: zippers, snap buttons, and other components

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or UV damage
  • Damage caused by improper or excessive use
  • Accidents (tears, burns, abrasions, etc.)
  • Improper cleaning, care, misuse, or poor storage
  • Product alterations

The coat must be clean before being sent for repair. If the coat is not clean at the time of repair, a cleaning service fee will be added. We reserve the right to refuse repairs on items considered excessively damaged. In such cases, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. The return authorization number must be clearly indicated on the package.
