OUR POLITICS
OOKPIK pays close attention to every seam and detail of its products. We are proud of the quality and craftsmanship that our collections reflect.
- All goods are carefully inspected to ensure the quality of our products and are expertly packaged to ensure trouble-free delivery.
OOKPIK is pleased to offer 1-year warranty from the date of the purchase of the goods that covers manufacturing defects only.
If one of our products has a manufacturing or material defect, OOKPIK undertakes to repair it.
- Manufacturing: Including seams, sewing ribbons and construction
- Materials: including zippers, fabrics, snap buttons, etc…
- Our warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the merchandise caused by time. Products damaged by an accident (rips, abrasions or burn damage). Normal wear and discolouration, UV degradation of the material over time, improper maintenance, misuse, alterations to the product or negligence will also not be covered by our warranty.
If the product is found to be defective, please contact your retailer and they will send it to us. You will need to attach your proof of purchase and make sure the coat is clean.
Damages not covered by our warranty can be repaired in our workshop at a reasonable price and all shipping expenses will be charged to the customer.

No returns will be accepted without our written permission. The return authorization number must be clearly indicated on the box.
Clients sending outerwear for repair that are not cleaned will be subject to a fee of $35 CAD/USD + standard HST for dry cleaning. All clients will be notified before being charged.
