Returns and exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
After this period, requests will no longer be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Be free of strong odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)
  • Be returned in original packaging (bag, hanger, tags attached)

Items that do not meet these requirements will be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items discounted 30% or more
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Accessories (beanies, caps)
  • Used, incomplete, or improperly packaged items
  • Items shipped to the U.S. or Europe
  • Items returned after 15 days

Return Fees

Please note that returns and exchanges are not free during promotional sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day, end of season sale, etc.)

  • Free returns on orders of $250 or more (remote areas excluded)
  • Contact info@ookpikworld.com for applicable fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact: info@ookpikworld.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Style name
  • Color and size
  • Reason for return

Once approved, a return label will be provided.

After inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Exchanges

To request an exchange (e.g., size), contact: info@ookpikworld.com

Exchanges can also be completed by appointment at our showroom:

Holiday Policy

For purchases made in December, the return period is extended to 21 days.

 

Important

  • No returns or exchanges without prior authorization
  • Processing times may be extended by 7–10 business days during peak periods
