Returns and exchanges
RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of
delivery.
After this period, requests will no longer be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Be free of strong odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)
- Be returned in original packaging (bag, hanger, tags attached)
Items that do not meet these requirements will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or
exchange:
- Items discounted 30% or more
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Accessories (beanies, caps)
- Used, incomplete, or improperly packaged items
- Items shipped to the U.S. or Europe
- Items returned after 15 days
Return Fees
Please note that returns and exchanges are not free during promotional sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day, end of season sale, etc.)
- Free returns on orders of $250 or more (remote areas
excluded)

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact: info@ookpikworld.com
Please include:
- Order number
- Style name
- Color and size
- Reason for return
Once approved, a return label will be provided.
After inspection, refunds will be issued to the original
payment method.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Exchanges
To request an exchange (e.g., size), contact: info@ookpikworld.com
Exchanges can also be completed by appointment at our
showroom:

Holiday Policy
For purchases made in December, the return period is
extended to 21 days.
Important
- No returns or exchanges without prior authorization
- Processing times may be extended by 7–10 business days during
peak periods
