INSULATION WITH SUPERIOR QUALITY DOWN

We use down because is the best natural source for warmth. Down specifically refers to clusters of material that reside right next to the bird's skin. It is different from feathers because it is much fluffier and doesn't have hard stems that could poke through the shell or lining of the jacket. In its end of life, down is fully biodegradable. 

DOWN TO FEATHER RATIO

The down to feather ratio calculates the percentage of down to the percentage of feathers in the product. We use 90/10 as is the best ratio to keep you warm. The first number represents the percentage of down, and the second number represents the percentage of feathers.

FILL POWER

Fill power represents the amount of cubic centimeters one ounce of down will take up when compressed in a cylinder by a calibrated weight.   It is an indicator of the overall quality of the down fill, which typically ranges from 300 to 800. Our products have a Power Fill above 600 for a more effective heat retention.

POLYESTER FIBERS

The individual fibers of synthetic material achieve the same purpose as down: creating tiny holes that trap warm air around your body. We use the best technology in the market, Dupont Sorona and 3M Thinsulate with a high fill weight as a recipe for maximum warmth.
