DELIVERY POLICY

Ookpik is pleased to offer free shipping on orders of $300 or more. Canadian orders only (all international orders are not eligible for free shipping). All orders will be sent by an official delivery company such as Purolator, DHL, Fed Ex or similar. Coats will be sent in special cardboard boxes for maximum protection.

Standard delivery : Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Express delivery : Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

All orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding holiday periods and promotional campaigns).

Delivery times might be slightly longer in certain areas.

Pickup: For pickups at our warehouse at 9790 Meunier, suite 200, H3L 2Y8 Montreal, QC CA, bring the email with your invoice, and a piece of identification.

Pick-up times: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery costs for delivery within Europe are covered by the customer and by OOKPIK. Prices listed are WITHOUT taxes. Taxes and customs fees may be applied depending on your importing country. There are no returns or exchanges for international delivery. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable.
