Returns and exchanges
RETURN POLICY
As your satisfaction is important to us, if for any reason your purchase does not suit you, you can make an exchange or return the product within 15 days from the date of receipt. We ONLY cover return costs for items costing $300 or more.
Return to some rural or far away areas will not be free. You must write an email to: info@ookpikworld.com to find out the return costs or send it at your cost.
Returns and exchanges are not free for major events such as Black Friday, after-Christmas sales and end-of-season sales.
Please note that during peak season, returns or exchanges may take an additional 7-10 business days to process. Peak periods include promotional campaigns and public holidays.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.
This does not apply to FINAL SALE items on the website. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. All items with 30% off or more and all special styles are FINAL SALE.

- All items with 30% off or more
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- Any item that has been used or without its original packaging.
- Any item delivered overseas (Europe).
- Accessories like beanies and caps.
RETURNS
To return your product, you must contact our customer service at info@ookpikworld.com to obtain your return label.
To validate your return, please include the information below in your email:
- Order number
- Style Name
- Color
- Size
- Reason for return among the following: order too small, too large, non-compliant (wrong color, size or item).
Once our quality control team has reviewed the coat, we will refund the cost using the original payment method within 15 days of purchase.
Shipping charges are final and non-refundable.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted without our authorization sent via email.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
You can return your unused product for a full refund within 21 days with any purchase made in the months of November and December. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@ookpikworld.com
Exchanges can be made directly at our showroom at 9790 rue meunier, suite 200, H3L 2Y8 Montréal, QC CA, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To validate your exchange, please include in your email the information below:
- Order number
- Style name
- Color
- Size
- Return exchange among the following: too small, too big
Not applicable exchanges
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Accessories are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- Any article delivered overseas (Europe)
